The Giant Food In-store Customer Satisfaction Survey Sweepstakes begins on January 1, 2024, at 10:00 a.m. Eastern Standard Time (“EST”) and ends on June 30, 2024, at 11:59 p.m. EST.
Note: The entries that are received after the sweepstakes period for online and mail-in entries (AMOE) are considered ineligible to win.
Giant Food In-Store Customer Satisfaction Survey Rewards
A drawing is associated with each entry period for both online and AMOE methods.
Five (5) prize winners will be selected per entry period; every winner will receive a $500 gift card to Giant Food.
The total ARV of all prizes for every entry period is 5 * USD 500 = USD 2500.
For 6 entry periods, 6 * $2500 = $15000.
Note: All the prizes are rewarded in the form of gift cards.

Take a 3” x 5” card and handwrite the details of first name, last name, street address, city, state, zip code, telephone number (including area code), date of birth and email address (optional).

Rules For AMOE
- Each envelope entry is considered as one entry.
- Multiple cards sent inside the same envelope are considered invalid.
- All AMOE participants can submit five (5) envelopes for each entry period.
- Sponsor is least responsible for lost, misdirected, late, illegible, damaged or postage-due mailed entries.
