Hello, I’m trying to enter your survey. I’ve been submitting my entry for over two years, no problem. I still have not won, and now your talktogiant.com site is down or no longer relevant. I almost got in and entered my PIN, and it came back that I must “be shopping at one of their sister stores.” HUH???? What is going on? I’ve had to throw three of my past receipts away now, as the five days that you are allowed have expired. I am so disappointed. I want to thank the young lady, Marianne Cohen, in Customer service, who helped me so patiently this morning!
Last night, I let myself get angrier and angrier as I looked at the spoiled grapes I had just bought. I was trying to prepare fruit for a family gathering, and it wasn’t good!
I appreciate her help, not only in refunding the money I had spent but also in helping me set up the Giant app. Thank you for suggesting someone so helpful!

One of my New Year’s resolutions is to write to Giant to inform Management of the ongoing and consistently superior customer service provided by Sherrie at the Customer Service Desk at Store #383. I have watched her work with very difficult customers (and that is putting it politely) respectfully and constructively. She remains professional and respectful during the interactions: I can’t emphasize enough that, at times, the customers are demanding and disrespectful.
At times, I need to go to the Customer Service Desk because a sale item is out of stock, and I want to request a raincheck or, on less frequent occasions, to redeem my modest lottery ticket winnings. She is always respectful, pleasant, and efficient.
Finally, I would like to repeat that her excellent customer service is not a one-off situation. I have noticed it for several months now, and finally, I am writing to pass along my comments.
I received excellent service from your pharmacy staff member, Elise Jackson. She was responsive and actually anticipated my needs to ensure the least delay in getting my prescription refilled. She is consistently pleasant when I pick up my prescription. She even remembers my name. When I went to the customer services desk to inquire about how to submit a positive comment, the staff at the desk asked me who I wanted to make a comment on. They said, “Oh, yeah, we love her. She is always looking out for the customers.”
This online entry rarely works! After I enter my pin, I get a message saying I have the wrong affiliate.
First time in this store on Washington Ave. This store is so clean, and the signage is good, but I wanted to give two shout-outs: Malik from Seafood and my cashier. I don’t see her name on my receipt (sad face), but passing the seafood area, Malik said, welcome to Giant. Let me know if you are interested in anything. We talked about this and that, and he loved the job; his area was clean and fresh. My cashier was just the sweetest; she offered to pack my bags, was very interested in asking if I had found everything in this store, and told me my savings amount. OUTSTANG customer service. I was there at 12:25 pm on Tuesday.

I was so delighted with the excellent service and attitude of cashier Grace on 2/18/24 that I bought her a candy bar in appreciation of her upbeat energy. She was kind and delightful. She didn’t want to accept my gift as she was afraid it would put her in an awkward position if someone thought she had taken it (she printed an extra copy of my receipt to show it was paid for). I want management to know that Grace is a gem and made my shopping trip on a Tuesday evening a wonderful experience. Thank you, Grace!
We shopped at the Giant Food Store in Phoenixville on Friday, 03/21/2025. We had difficulty signing up for the digital coupons online. Andrew at the service desk was amazingly patient in helping us through the process. Without his assistance, we would have been left frustrated and unable to purchase the intended products. He was both gracious and patient and should be recognized for his outstanding customer service.
I visited the store in Saratoga, northern Virginia, on Tuesday, March 25, 2025, at around 6 p.m. Your employee, Alexis, was so kind and helpful! She helped me find the things I was looking for, actually taking me to the aisle and helping me search for the products. I am retired, but were I still running my business, I would try to hire her away from you. Don’t let this one get away.
I want to comment on how EXCELLENT Jimmy at store #789 is. Jimmy is the most helpful, provides excellent, excellent customer service all the time, is extremely knowledgeable, is very kind, pleasant, friendly, and overall Jimmy is a real asset to Giant, store #789. Thank you Jimmy for being so helpful, providing excellent customer service and always making coming to Giant a wonderful experience. You have helped me many times but the most recent you helped me with my reward points. I greatly appreciate everything you have done to make my shopping experience the best.

We ordered a cake for my wife on Thursday and picked it up at 8 am on Saturday. It was ready, and it looked great. The girl who did it, Corey, did a great job. Everyone who works there that I talk to or need to get help in finding something is always kind and helpful.
I want your comment on a few workers at the giant store on Main Street in Dickson City: Tyler Brink in produce, Gigi and Lisa in Floral, and Rasheen, a checker. These individuals have been beneficial and kind to me, even going out of their way to help me. I have some medical conditions, and they have been invaluable to me. They are kind, pleasant, polite, and always have a smile on their faces. They are to be commended.
I wanted to express how EXCELLENT your cashier, Gwendolyn, was at store #753. I’ve had a giant club phone number forever, but she showed me so much more I could do with it to save even more on my shopping. She not only explained how it worked and the different benefits I would access and gain, but she took the time to show me what to do and how to work the app on top of providing a FAST check-out and PERFECT customer service!
For over a month, it has been challenging to find the Giant brand 32 oz tubs of Non-Fat Plain Greek Yogurt. I am a vegetarian, and Greek yoghurt is the main part of my diet. I love the Giant brand. I buy fourteen 32 oz tubs of yoghurt a week. On a single day, I have gone to 7 Giant store locations to find my yoghurt, and the dairy cases have all been empty. The dairy case crew tells me that there is some difficulty in the warehouse that makes it hard to get them. Today, I stopped at the Wynnewood store, and Jack Lawson was working in the dairy department. He told me a shipment came in last night, and he stopped what he was doing and went in the back and came back with 3 cases (6 tubs in a case) of the yoghurt I needed. I was SO grateful to Jack for going out of his way to help me. I have had no yoghurt at home for days, and he saved me yet another day of going to 6 other Giant locations in search of my yoghurt. Many thanks to Jack for his kindness, his responsiveness, and his eagerness to see that I got what I needed!
I tried several times to enter your survey but was not able to access it. I’m bringing up two problems I have when shopping at Giant. First, although I download all the digital coupons I need, they never show up at the register, and I end up having to call for help to take the items off my order. Secondly, whenever you have fruit on sale, buy one get one or buy 2 get 1, you never give the price of the first 1, which makes me Leary of picking some up. Your sale prices are very competitive, which I appreciate, but I limit my purchases because of the above problems.
I was at the Kingstowne Giant on 4/3/2025 at 3:55 p.m. As I was checking out, my cashier, Maryam, noticed that I was bleeding on my arm. She stopped and got a paper towel and some water from her cup and proceeded to stop the bleeding. She was compassionate, kind, and friendly. Please keep her on your staff and do not let her go.
The fresh meat personnel was excellent. They were quick and friendly. I purchased two salmon planks and was greeted with a friendly smile and warm small talk. I have seen improvements in staffing and management over the past couple of years.
The customer service at store #2332 is absolutely horrendous. Because of my working hours, I have no choice but to go late at night, when nobody’s on the register and the lines for self-checkout are always super-long – because self-checkout here SUCKS. I’ve never used it without multiple problems with it suddenly deciding I need help for some reason when I don’t, and the managers are always jerks about having to come over and help.
I hate shopping at this location and wouldn’t do so if I had any other choice. Stop being cheap and have real live people who jnow what they’re doing instead of stupid self-checkout machines that are never reliable.
